Very nice restaurant in the beautiful old town of Saarbrücken. Cosiness and history meet zeitgeist. Very tastefully combined in the former old fire station. Service fast and friendly. Food very good. We will be back

Beautifully decorated wine bistro with a great selection of wine but also very delicious food. Outside you sit very nicely on the Landwehrplatz. Especially after a performance in the old fire station you can enjoy the evening nicely.

Cozy little wine bistro with selected wines. Small tarte flambée menu. Always a special offer card. Nice terrace in the summer. Very friendly service. After theatrical performances always jam-packed and then time waits for food. Recently with home service.

Yesterday at around 6:00 pm, our women had falsely gotten into their restaurant and were so enthusiastic about the atmosphere and the cosiness. Unfortunately we had reserved in another restaurant. They did not eat anything, but will definitely come back for the very nice waiter !!!

Great ambience, very fine food, highly recommended!

A timely ambience with feel-good character. The guest room and toilets were in a very clean and tidy condition. The staff was friendly, competent and service-oriented, recommendations were pronounced but not intrusive, but authentic / natural. The food was of good quality and delicious prepared so that the sauce leftovers of the plate with bread were absorbed and consumed. Our wines were wonderful as well as the Crémant. When leaving the restaurant a little chat with the service staff, what more could you ask for. All in all, for my wife and me a wonderful end of the day .... and that at a consistent price-performance ratio at fair prices. What more do you want, so go on and on.

Very friendly staff. Delicious food in a well-kept atmosphere .. Rooms can also be rented. Well suited for people with disabilities as there is a walk-in access and a disabled toilet. Great beer garden in summer

Was invited by acquaintances after the performance here and had a great evening with incredibly delicious Tarte and great staff

Small, but fine wine bar with a large selection and matching dishes, including a large selection of tarte flambée and various cheeses specialties. Connected to the venue "Alte Feuerwache" of the Saarländisches Staatstheater, the Hauck der Ideal is the place to wind down the evening after the performance. Table reservations are recommended. Friendly staff and cozy atmosphere make the Hauck a highly recommended place.

The food was okay and quite tasty. Nothing special, the leaf salad was no longer crunchy but limp and my beef steak was sinewy at times. Service was friendly.

Very cozy and clean. Nice personel. The food is delicious. Next time I come to Saarbrücken, I will definitely go to Alte Feuerwache again!
